HaveYouHeard: Shisa by Gigi LaMayne
As the debate on who the "Queen" of SA Hip Hop is rages on, Gigi is quietly going about her work. With each release she keeps distinguishing herself from the others, showing her lyrical prowess as well as her ability to flow. On her latest release Shisa, she goes for a concept driven song that showcases her creative abilities as an artist. It is not the first time we have seen Gigi go conceptual in a light hearted manner, her now famed Ice Cream joint was the first time we saw her do this type theme orientated song on a mainstream level.
